Internship and cooperation

 

 

We are currently seeking to recruit for the following position:

 

Your main remit will be to serve customers and contribute to the development of the fiscal expertise of the firm in cooperation with one of the partners.

This will include: 

- Drafting legal consultations on fiscal matters (direct and indirect), assets and inheritance (aiming to optimise and secure the acquisition, ownership and transmission of real estate and other assets, as well as companies) and in business law.

- Preparing conventions, agreements, deeds, instruments and fiscal declarations.

- Negotiating with fiscal authorities (prior agreements, rulings, adjustments).

- Providing support for and representing customers in administrative disputes and court litigation.

- Contributing to preparing the fiscal approach of the company by drafting articles and presenting seminars.

 

PROFILE

You have trained as a jurist and hold qualifications in taxation (and, ideally, notarial qualifications), you hold significant experience of 5 years or more with a multidisciplinary background in fiscal, civil and corporate law, acquired either during your studies or in the field.

You enjoy taxation and sharing your enthusiasm. You have proven creativity and enjoy seeking out solutions, you are able to identify links between fiscal, civil and corporate law, you have good editorial skills and a fighting spirit, combined with an acute sense of organisation and independence.

You practice a sport or another activity at a competitive level. 

Passive knowledge of Dutch and English is required. Active knowledge of these languages would be appreciated.
